It is of great importance that the project scope is to be fully captured and managed using accurate LOD 300 BIM designs. AIDIGITS assures that the BIM platform offers comprehensive, accurate and dynamic scope management solution that provides the construction team with full control of the project and the construction, procurement, time and subcontractor activities.
AIDIGITS shall ensure:
- Complete integration between the BIM assets/objects and the project Bill of Materials
- Detailed and summarized project scope development and management
- Having BOQs based on CSI coding or any other coding required by the client
- Developing summarized and detailed Material Take-Offs (MTOs) per BOQ (Bill of Quantity) aggregated on any Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level for planning and scope of work definition
- Develop Material Take-off reports per BOQ per object (coded as per the unique project object coding system) to link the 3D BIM objects with other project controls system
- Develop and implement a 3D BIM based Quantity Surveying (QS) system
- Support procurement operations
