Ensure the availability and setup of a CDE (Common Data Environment) to manage and organize the BIM collaboration workflows.
Communicate the BEP and other digital transformation documents / standards to the DGR and ensure proper comprehension and compliance
Monitor and apply the agreed quality control procedures for the developed LOD 300 BIM designs
Ensure completeness, accuracy and 2D/3D compatibility
Raise RFI’s and NCR (Non-Conformance reports) if needed
Work with the default stakeholder and educate him until full compliance with the procedures and standards
Use BIM based clash detection solutions and conduct design coordination/review studies and meetings to ensure clash free construction and proper site execution eliminating potential or possible delays resulting from incomplete or uncoordinated designs
Capture, structure and manage hard clashes, soft clashed, accessibility and maintenance-ability issues then monitor them consistently, assign them to the relevant stakeholder until they are completely resolved in due time
Develop the necessary clash detection reports and drawings
Establish BIM based clash monitoring and follow-up system/dashboard
